SciMar: Support

Common answers

The app won't install. Allow your browser to “install unknown apps” when Android asks. SciMar needs Android 9 or newer.
No papers yet. Open Settings and tap Download model once on wifi (~133 MB), then Run now. The nightly run fills the digest after that.
I bought Pro, where's my key? It's shown on the confirmation page right after payment and emailed to you. In the app: Settings › SciMar Pro, paste the key, tap Activate.
Lost the key. Email us from the address you paid with and we'll re-send it.
Changed phone. The key is permanent and tied to no account, reinstall SciMar and paste the same key.
