Ship models
The vessel models behind WindMar's routing. Each one turns a hull and its machinery into fuel and speed under real weather. Two tiers: class generics (Holtrop-Mennen physics corrected against the EU THETIS-MRV fleet dataset) and vessel-calibrated models fit to a specific ship's own operating data.
This is a growing library: models are added over time, and the generic models keep improving as the underlying naval-architecture and calibration research advances.
Calibrated to a real vessel
A ~50,000 DWT product tanker (~183 × 32 m class) whose class model was further calibrated to the ship's own high-frequency operating data. That is the step beyond fleet-level correction that captures that specific hull.
Characteristics only. The vessel, its data and the fitted coefficients stay private. What's shown is the class, not the ship.

A generic model is the starting point. Fit to your vessel's own data, it becomes the basis for a seasonal routing study or an ERA5 voyage replay.
